July Checklist
Determine Program Start Date, Time, and Location
Purchase advertising materials for seeding and the August promotional campaign by going here.
Select small group leaders. In most cases, core team members will double up as small group leaders, but if you expect to have over 100+ men, then you should recruit additional small group leaders.
Look for opportunities to promote the program at other parish activities throughout the summer.
Continue to seed the parish. PERSONAL CONTACT is the foundation for spreading the word. 80% of the men will attend because someone personally invited them.
Brainstorm ways to effectively track men that have been personally invited, allowing opportunities for follow up as well to make sure someone is not missed.
