January
Happy New Year!
The core team should be thinking about ways to make a push for more men in the spring semester. January is a great time to re-engage men who have registered but who have not been attending and to engage new men as well. Small Group leaders also want to confirm with their active men that they will see them again when the spring semester begins.
January Checklist
- Core Team/Small Group Facilitators – Phone calls and personal emails to all the participants.
- Weekly Bulletin Points for your Bulletin.
- Announcements in Mass from Priest, Deacon, or member of TMIY.
- Brief testimonial from a man who has attended TMIY.
- Use of bulletin inserts and trifold brochures with Core Team men and other TMIY participants standing outside after Mass handing out flyers.
- Short write-up in the bulletin or quotes from men who have attended.
- Mass email through the TMIY admin website.
